  • The 10 bedroom pilates retreat space can be booked for retreats and hotel stays.

    Revenue potential:
    Generating $12,000 per week (5 nights) for Retreat bookings & $240 per night for hotel bookings.

    The space will attract a mix of retreat bookings (typically booked 1 year prior) & hotel bookings.

    Return on investment:

    With a target of 13 weeks for Retreat Bookings & 819 days for hotel bookings in the first year, we expect $100,000.00 in profit - 10 % ROI.

    With one major client already earmarked for 6 retreats per year - any additional bookings will be instant profit.

    Low operating costs:

    The opportunity seeks to capitalise on the low operating costs associated with amenities, utilities and staffing in Bali, Indonesia.

    5 year returns:

    Over a 5-year horizon, the centre is projected to deliver $1 million in total revenue.

    10 year returns:

    Money has been allocated in the operating costs for a further 5 year extension of the land lease.

    1) Activities relating to the promotion of Retreat bookings, including:

    1. Partnering with the world’s best Pilates Guest Facilitators or Co-hosts to host retreats, Facilitators that:

      A. Are well established in the online world (i.e. they create good engaging content & have a following over 10k, with a good engagement rate (i.e. views, likes & comments), and/or;

      B. Are well respected in the Pilates industry as a facilitator & Pilates teacher.

      2) Partnering with respected studios & brands, who want to host a retreat with their own communities, connecting communities, but also studio owners (at a studio owners only retreat).

      3) Selling the dream to Pilates instructor girls – from all over the world – that they can host their own retreat one day.

    2) Activities relating to the promotion of Hotel bookings, including:

    • Inviting travel influencers to stay at the hotel for 3 nights FREE, in exchange for promotional content.

  • At a minimum the project team plans to extend the land lease for a further 5 years.

    The project has the option to continue to extend the land lease every 5 years, at an increase of 10% per Are (100m2) every 5 years.

    The team projects significant return on investment during the first 10 years. The team holds the option to sell the building at any time.

    Due to its central location, we forecast the price of the property is set to increase significantly over the next 5-10 years.

    1) Retreat season - bookings start from Monday for 5-6 nights are reserved for large group bookings. $12,000 for the hire of the entire retreat space + 10% tax.
